Mohamed Lotfy obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Sadat City, Egypt, in 2018. He works as a Court Clerk at Fahad Saeed Al Zeyoudi Advocates & Legal Consultants, handling procedural matters and transactions with courts, public prosecution offices, police stations, and government authorities to ensure efficient and accurate completion of procedures.

He has extensive familiarity with the electronic systems of courts, public prosecution offices, and the police. His responsibilities include registering cases of various types, submitting applications and documents, following up on decisions, notifications, and transactions, and fulfilling procedural requirements in coordination with the firm’s advocates and legal consultants.

He also supports the legal team in preparing case files and organising documents, and liaises with clients to obtain the necessary information and paperwork and keep them informed of procedural developments. He coordinates with notaries public and follows up on the notarisation of legal instruments, agreements, and settlements of various types, ensuring that documentation is complete and transactions are properly finalised.
