Biography

Fahad Saeed Al Zeyoudi graduated from the College of Law at Ajman University of Science and Technology in 2012. He practised as an advocate for four years before establishing Fahad Saeed Al Zeyoudi Advocates & Legal Consultants in 2016. Throughout his career, he has combined courtroom advocacy with legal advice to individuals and businesses, grounding his practice in meticulous preparation, persuasive argument, and commitment to clients’ interests.

He has extensive experience appearing before courts across the UAE at all levels. His strong courtroom presence is built on a thorough command of each case, clear presentation of facts, careful examination of evidence, and compelling legal arguments. He places particular emphasis on criminal matters, including serious felonies and complex cases requiring detailed analysis and sound defence strategies. His work includes defending accused persons, representing victims and civil claimants, and handling proceedings through investigation, trial, appeal, and cassation, as applicable.

His experience extends to a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including monetary claims, compensation and civil liability, contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, construction matters, bankruptcy, insolvency, enforcement, and debt recovery. He also handles personal status matters involving marriage, divorce, maintenance, custody, and estates, alongside real estate, tenancy, and employment disputes, with close attention to the legal and practical circumstances of each case.

Legal Advice and Case Assessment

His advisory approach centres on providing a candid, carefully considered assessment of each client’s position, explaining strengths and weaknesses, rights and obligations, and the risks and potential outcomes of each option. He identifies the most appropriate legal course, whether through litigation, negotiation, or settlement, taking into account time, cost, and the practical enforceability of proposed solutions. His work also includes drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements and structuring legal arrangements that protect interests and minimise disputes.

In overseeing the firm’s work, he emphasises close collaboration among advocates and legal consultants, thorough preparation of case files and legal submissions, diligent procedural follow-up, and clear communication with clients. His approach reflects a commitment to legal services founded on trust, confidentiality, professional responsibility, and the determined protection of clients’ rights.
